Campo San Giacomo a Rialto is one of Venice's most historic and charming squares, located near the bustling Rialto Market and the iconic Rialto Bridge. The square is anchored by the Church of San Giacomo di Rialto, considered one of the oldest churches in Venice, dating back to the 5th or 6th century, with its distinctive 15th-century clock above the façade.

Full Description
Experience the best of Venice in a delightful 4-hour food and sightseeing tour. Led by a local expert guide, you’ll explore charming osterias, artisanal food shops, and iconic landmarks, all while savoring Venetian specialties.
Our journey begins in the historic Campo San Giacomo a Rialto, the city's medieval trade hub. Here, you'll taste local delicacies and visit the bustling Rialto Market, the oldest fish market in Europe. Your guide will share insights about the fresh produce, fish, meats, and regional specialties.
As we stroll through the city’s picturesque alleyways and canals, you’ll sample a variety of Venetian treats, including olives from Lake Garda, cheese from Asiago, marinated seafood, polenta, and more, all paired with local wines from the Veneto region, Italy’s largest wine producer.
Along the way, you’ll pass famous sites like the Rialto Bridge, Campo San Bartolomeo, and Marco Polo’s house (viewed from outside), before ending at the stunning Campo San Giovanni e Paolo, home to one of Venice’s grandest churches. This flavorful tour is the perfect way to combine delicious food, local culture, and iconic sights in one unforgettable experience.
